certify the title and conduct a full escrow closing and complete disbursement.

Notaries - Our closing agents are State appointed Notaries.

Document Filings - Upon disbursal we will handle all of your document filing needs with detailed tracking
and proper follow up.

Closing Document Preparation - Through our subsidiary we will provide documents needed for Settlement.
